Can I get a refund for my cancelled order?

Yes, you will be able to receive your refund once your cancellation request is approved. A notification will be sent through the email to inform you about the refund.

• An email notification stating that buyer refund is being processed will be send to buyer registered email address.

The Artisans Haven Marketplace will take 1-3 working days for the refund to be processed to buyer’s card

• It would take another 5-15 working days for the bank to process the said refund and reflect it in buyer’s statement
